If you utilize the CoolFusion support lists for answers to questions, but would also like immediate access to ODS support staff for your most urgent questions, our Support Packages are the way to go. Support Packages provide cost-effective access to our Tech Support staff, so you can get back to running your business

5 Incident Standard Package

  • 12 months of support
  • Coverage for up to five (5) phone-in incidents or priority email incidents weekdays between 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.*
  • 2 hour response time
  • A support engineer will call you back or email a response, depending on the complexity of your question.

5 Incident Premier Package

  • 12 months of support
  • Coverage for up to five (5) phone-in incidents or priority email incidents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week*
  • 2 hour response time weekdays between 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. Eastern Standard
  • 4 hour response time off-hours
  • A support engineer will call you back or email a response, depending on the complexity of your question.

*On-Line Data Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to limit each telephone call to one hour and to limit each call to one incident. Inquiries are limited to the following CoolFusion product areas: installation, configuration, upgrade assistance, troubleshooting of non-modified source code and basic functionality.
