Purchasing a subscription entitles you to free product upgrades. A subscription protects your
investment by allowing you to take advantage of all the latest product features
and enhancements.
Subscription Details A Software Subscription entitles you to
receive version upgrades that are made commercially available, during the
active Subscription period, for the corresponding product for which the
subscription was purchased. This includes both major and minor version upgrades
(major - ex. version 2.5 to version 2.6 to version 3.0, minor - ex. version
2.5.3 to version 2.5.4). Historically, we have released at least one major
upgrade and several minor upgrades each year. Use of any upgrade falls under the terms of the
End User License Agreement corresponding to the product to which the upgrade is
applicable. Subscriptions are non-transferable. Subscription Periods Subscriptions can be purchased for one or two
year periods. Your Subscription "activation" date
is the date that you purchased your product license. You will be notified by
email when upgrades are available for download. Notification will be sent to
the email address you submitted upon product purchase. Subscription Purchases Subscription Renewals Subscription renewals may be purchased at any time. Any time remaining on your current subscription will be added to the new Subscription. Subsciption renewals are purchased by selecting the UPGRADE item in the shopping cart and entering your existing product serial number. Failure to renew your
Subscription by the current subscription expiration date will result in a 10% penalty charge.
It is most cost-effective to purchase a subscription at the time you purchase your product. Simply select a period from the subscription drop-down box associated with each product. A one year subscription is 25% of the product price, a two year subscription is 40% of the product price.
If you already own a product license, but have not previously purchased a subscription, you may do so by selecting the UPGRADE item in the shopping cart and entering your existing serial number. A one year subscription is 35% of the product price, a two year subscription is 50% of the product price.
